The same high standards are expected at all times from our approved sub-contractors, so you must make yourselves entirely familiar with specific site rules that apply at any location which you have occasion to visit while engaged on work for our company.

You should know that failure to adhere to site rules and/or regulatory directives can lead to site bans, loss of approval status as a Hargreaves contractor, and possible loss of an operator’s licence.

In addition, it is expected that Hargreaves approved sub-contractors comply with all legal and regulatory issues.
Example: You must fully comply with all legal requirements regarding the wearing of seatbelts. In addition, be aware that our company applies a rule that seatbelts must be worn at all times while you are on Hargreaves sites - and also those sites belonging to Hargreaves' customers. You can be subject to a Hargreaves audit or spot check at any time.
Example: It is a VOSA requirement that daily defect checks are carried out and that all checks are recorded. A valid defect book must be carried at all times as evidence.
