Hargreaves Mineral Services (HMS) sources coal, minerals and associated services for clients ranging from power stations and heavy industrial processes, to public amenities and domestic householders.

Minerals are sourced on an international basis for importation to the UK, whilst high quality carbon-based products are exported to various destinations in Europe.

Key operational bases are situated at the ports of Immingham and Newport and these sites are the gateway to a national distribution network.

At Immingham and Newport, coal and minerals from Russia, Colombia, Poland, USA and other international sources are discharged, processed, managed and stored for onward distribution using road, rail or inland waterways networks; this gives Hargreaves Mineral Services the ability to provide solutions for any part of its clients’ supply chains.
