In November 2008, Hargreaves Services established a new trading venture based in Antwerp, Belgium.

Hargreaves Carbon Products NV is an extension of the existing trading activities currently undertaken by Hargreaves Raw Material Services GmbH in Duisburg, Germany and the UK business.

This new venture brings together the experience of our new colleagues in Belgium with the resources of the Hargreaves Group to provide greater geographical penetration into Western Europe and widen the portfolio of products offered by the company.

The main products sold will be anthracite of various grades, steam coal, metallurgical coke and specialist carbon products.
