Eastgate Materials Handling Ltd is a joint venture company formed in August 2008 in partnership with Oxbow Coal Ltd, a subsidiary of the leading U.S. minerals trading group, Oxbow Inc.

The new company has brought together the partners’ mineral handling and processing plants at Immingham, integrating their skilled workforces and facilities to create a world-class port handling operation.
